1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MakeInfography ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MakeInfography is an Adobe Express add-on that generates infographics using artificial intelligence. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate infographics.

3. Account & Credits

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Each infographic generation consumes 1 credit (Standard) or as specified
• Activation keys are personal and should not be shared

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass credit requirements or manipulate the system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your activation key with unauthorized users

5. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you input. AI-generated infographics are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of generated content. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs.

6. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through DodoPayments. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
